The problem
Switching between Codex profiles is easy to get wrong when it depends on remembering environment variables and separate app state.
The constraint
The tool must isolate profiles without reading or exporting credentials, rotating accounts, or pretending to be the official app.
The approach
A native macOS app and stable `opm` CLI use named CODEX_HOME directories, explicit launch selection, read-only status, and owner-only local storage.
The outcome
A small operator tool that makes account boundaries visible instead of automating a risky choice.
