For everyone who’s seen Pulp Fiction, Marcus is like this guy Wolf. He is basically the guy who arrives, draws the plan and solves the problem. Extremely pragmatic, focused and business-oriented, Marcus is one of the most perspicacious persons I know. He’s a great leader and very wary about transmitting feedback.
